Discrimination and Anti-Trust Policy

During the last twenty years, I have learned that discrimination is a state of receptivity and can be overcome by the effort and ability of one's self to do the best within the Constitutional Limits. Education affords the pathyway to do the best to one's ability and is paramount in the sense that the student can overcome the bounds that are presented in an environmental manner.
